Jonathan Beckerman is a highly experienced portrait photographer, based in Connecticut with over 15 years of expertise in his craft. He is known for his proficiency in shooting a wide variety of subjects, including celebrities, artists, designers, sports heroes, products, interiors, and even farmers.
In his photography, Jonathan's focus lies in capturing the character, mood, composition, color, and lighting of his subjects, in order to tell powerful stories that help to enhance brands. His ability to work comfortably both in the studio and in the field, as well as his experience in organizing, budgeting, visualizing, and executing production shoots, has enabled him to create classic and unforgettable photographs.
Apart from his love for photography, Jonathan also has a great passion for sport, health, and fitness. He has played baseball at the highest level of competition in Division III while pursuing his B.F.A in Cinema and Photography from the Roy H. Parks School of Communications at Ithaca College.
Jonathan's studio is located in Connecticut, but he works with clients across the country. He always carries a camera with him and is constantly taking pictures, with his current obsessions including real estate renovation, meditation, outer space, and ancient earth survival skills.
